| Jeff Benson
and his original partner opened the doors of RE/MAX Realty 100
on July 16, 1979 with just five agents. With vision and commitment,
they were able to successfully establish one of the first 100%
concept real estate companies in the area. The company experienced
tremendous growth over the next ten years which led to a merger
with the Bruce Martin Company. Bruce brought over 20 years of
experience as owner of his own successful real estate companies
since 1968. Together he and Jeff opened the third RE/MAX Realty
100 office in Hales Corners. In 1996, another partnership was
established with Broker/Owner Gary Gerhardt and RE/MAX Executive
Homes in Brookfield. In 1997, a similar relationship was created
with RE/MAX Experts in the Menomonee Falls/ Germantown market.
These strategic partnerships effectively placed RE/MAX Realty
100 agents in key positions throughout the Milwaukee Metropolitan
area and its surrounding suburbs. RE/MAX Realty 100 has come
a long way since that first summer almost 25 years ago. The
company has grown steadily and now has nearly 200 Sales Associates
and an in-house Title and Closing Division. One of Realty 100's
offices consistently occupies the number one spot for sales
volume, with the other offices following right behind in the
top ten.
With all
of these accomplishments, RE/MAX Realty 100 has positioned
itself as the largest RE/MAX organization in Wisconsin. Jeff,
Bruce and Gary share a positive outlook and a "quest
for the best" attitude. RE/MAX Realty 100 continues to
flourish under their experienced leadership and guidance.
Together, they remain committed to excellence and providing
the unsurpassed customer service and community service necessary
to help maintain their company's commanding presence in the
marketplace and the community.

Kathleen
was hired by Jeff Benson in 1981 to utilize her office management
skills in helping to oversee the tremendous growth the company
was experiencing. Since then she has continued to help "grow"
and grow with the company. Kathleen sets herself apart in her
ability to contribute firstrate knowledge from firsthand experience.
She has truly worn all hats; from Realtor to Receptionist from
Transaction Closer to Title Researcher, and from Bookeeper to
Event Planner, Kathleen has done it all. Currently as Vice President
of Operations, she is highly involved with recruiting and the
day-to-day operations of the firm. From Kathleen's perspective,"It's
our responsibility to provide and maintain a high level of service
with integrity. We owe this to our clients and customers and to
our Sales Executives, in every aspect ranging from the telephone
system down to and through the transaction." |

George
has been a loyal member of the RE/MAX Realty 100 family
since the doors opened in 1979. He has received various
awards in his distinguished 24 year real estate career with
RE/MAX Realty 100, including recipient of the Dedicated
Service of the Year by the Greater Milwaukee Association
of REALTORS®. George's office is consistently ranked
number one for most transactions closed in a year within
the RE/MAX system. He has also received the RE/MAX North
Central award for Manager of the Year for Wisconsin multiple
times. George holds a GRI designation and is a charter member
of the Wisconsin CRS Chapter.

Jim
joined RE/MAX Realty 100 in 1989 and has established himself as
integral part of the company. His 29 years of real estate experience
has earned him several notable awards. He was recipient of the
1994/95 and 1997/98 Metropolitan Association of Realtors Marketing
Award. He was awarded a citation by the Wisconsin State
Senate for dedicated service to the industry. He was also named
RE/MAX North Central's Manager of the Year for Wisconsin in 1998.
Jim was also the past director for Wisconsin Realtor's Association,
the Metropolitan Association of Realtors, and the Multiple Listing
Service. Jim also holds the CRS and GRI designations. |
Kathy Turtenwald

Menomonee Falls Office |
Kathy joined RE/MAX Realty 100 in 1998 and assumed the
management position in the Menomonee Falls office in 2004. She brings over 17 years of real estate experience and an ABR designation to the Management Team. Kathy’s forte is dealing with people, and she
enjoys the challenge of working with Sales Associates, staff and clients. From overseeing daily operations and helping to make sure that all transactions are seamless, to planning the many social
functions held at the office, Kathy finds there is never a dull moment and she wouldn’t have it any other way!

Todd Weickardt

Hales Corners Office |
Todd Weickardt began his real estate career in property management during
the mid 1990's. He earned his Bachelor of Business Degree in 1999 from
the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee, majoring in Marketing. Later
that year, Todd obtained his real estate salesperson license and worked
with another local firm. Todd joined RE/MAX Realty 100 in 2004, and is
the newest member of the RE/MAX Realty 100 Management Team. Todd's
experience, enthusiasm and detailed understanding of the real estate
market make him a very welcome addition to the team.

Closing
Division Manager |
Jackie
began her career in real estate as a REALTOR® in 1984. She
enjoyed the real estate industry, but decided to bring her real
estate experience to the closing end of the transaction. Jackie
joined RE/MAX Realty 100 in 1989 as a Closing Transaction Coordinator.
She became Manager of the Department in 1996. She currently
oversees the operations of the company's Closing and Title Division.
She supervises an experienced team of professionals who handle
every aspect of the transaction from offer to closing. |
